Your customers go quiet before they cancel.

By the time they cancel, you may be weeks too late. MMB sends one Monday email: who is slipping, why, and the one move worth making. No dashboard to manage.

Built for founder-led SaaS companies that need retention help without adding a customer success team.

Get your retention teardown: quiet accounts, the evidence, and the monthly revenue involved. Free for design partners. No credit card.

How MMB works

One Monday email. One move worth making.

You are a founder, not a customer success team. MMB checks the signals so you can focus on the customer who needs you.

1

Connect meaningful signals

Send product events through a webhook, CSV, or GTM. Define the first-value and seat activity that matter for your product.

2

MMB checks every account

Each night, MMB compares product usage, onboarding progress, team adoption, and any optional billing context.

3

Monday starts with priorities

Your Monday email names who is slipping, explains why, and suggests one useful move. Sometimes that move is to do nothing.

Stripe is optional. Product behavior and onboarding progress can power the brief on their own.
Your Monday morning email

The outreach email is already drafted.

Each at-risk account comes with an outreach draft. Review it. Edit it. Approve it. Nothing sends without you.

Evidence, not promises

The proof we're building.

We are inviting design partners to test the signals, the drafts, and what happens next. MMB is free for design partners while we earn that proof.

01

Was the warning useful?

Check whether the flagged behavior deserves a real conversation.

02

Did the draft help?

Review whether the suggested message makes it easier to reach out.

03

Did the customer return?

Look for renewed activity or continued silence after personal outreach.

04

What does the evidence say?

Record the outcome without claiming the outreach caused the recovery.

Recovered after personal outreach

Association, not causation. No promised savings or invented results.

SaaS to SMB retention

Selling to salons, gyms, shops, or practices?

SMB customers go quiet before they cancel. MMB is tuned for that pattern, so you can see the warning while there is still time to help.

01

Notice a business going quiet

A previously active business going quiet becomes a leading risk signal, not a footnote.

02

Wednesday silence alerts

Optional midweek checks surface newly silent customers before another week slips away.

03

First booking, sale, or invoice as first value

MMB watches the real business outcome your customer must reach before the product becomes essential.

What MMB catches

See the warning before the cancellation

MMB looks for the moments founders rarely have time to find manually.

01

Stalled before first value

A paying customer starts setup but gets stuck before the action that proves your product is useful.

02

Meaningful usage declines

Meaningful product activity falls away while the customer still looks active on the surface.

03

Team adoption fades

The admin remains active while users or seats quietly stop using the product week after week.

04

Paid customers go silent

The subscription remains active, but the customer has stopped getting meaningful value from the product.

The practical questions

Simple to start. Useful without another dashboard.

A few things worth knowing before your first Monday.

Have another question? Get in touch.

Do I need Stripe?

No. Product activity and onboarding progress can power MMB. Billing data is optional context.

What data does MMB need?

Start with a few meaningful events tied to an account. Add an optional user ID when seat-level adoption matters.

Will I need to manage a dashboard?

No. The Monday email is the product. Supporting pages exist only when you need to review or confirm an action.

How do we get connected?

Use a guided webhook, CSV, or Google Tag Manager setup. Design partners receive hands-on help choosing and connecting the right signals.

What if nobody needs outreach?

MMB can recommend doing nothing. The goal is better judgment, not more alerts or unnecessary customer messages.

How is customer data handled?

MMB encrypts data in transit and sensitive integration credentials at rest, restricts customer records to the authenticated workspace, and stores only the webhook fields needed for scoring, delivery, and security. Read our legal and privacy terms.

What happens to the list I upload for a teardown?

Your uploaded customer rows are scored in memory and never stored. MMB keeps aggregate run totals for up to seven days. The upload tool stores your email only if you request an emailed copy. If you use the homepage request form, we also use its work email and customer count to follow up about your teardown.

Does MMB write the rescue emails?

Yes. Every at-risk account comes with an outreach draft based on its evidence. Review and edit it. Connect Gmail or SMTP to send. MMB shows the actual sender before approval. Without a connected sender, you copy the draft into your own inbox. A sender change requires a fresh review. Nothing sends without your approval.

Start with your own customers

See which accounts are going quiet.

Your free retention teardown names the accounts going quiet, shows the evidence, and totals the monthly revenue involved when your list includes it. Next, upload your customer list. No signup. No dashboard. Uploaded customer rows are not stored.

Next: upload your list. We use these details to follow up about your teardown. Privacy terms.
