What we collect

Name, email, company details, billing data you choose to connect, and product-event data you send into the platform.

How we use it

We use that information to respond to demo requests, support onboarding, score churn risk, and send the retention brief inside the product.

What we do not do

We do not put demo requests into automated email sequences without context, and we do not sell customer data.
